BDO Administration Pty Ltd in Sydney seeks a Senior Manager in Business Development to shape growth for the Business Services practice. You will lead BD initiatives with Partners and Directors, scale service specialisations, and strengthen referral relationships to win work.

You will drive market presence locally and nationally, coach partners on market segmentation, and guide strategic opportunities from proposals to pitches, ensuring pipeline visibility and disciplined execution.

Formación

• Significant business development experience in professional services, consulting or accounting.
• Experience developing and executing BD plans to take service propositions to market.
• Strong ability to build referral networks and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute business development plans to grow Sydney and national opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to convert opportunities into revenue.
