Job summary

UON PTY LTD in Brisbane is seeking an experienced business development manager to lead our Queensland expansion, creating opportunities, winning our first orders and building lasting industry relationships across resources, infrastructure and utilities.

You'll be backed by engineering, operations, commercial and HSE teams, so you can focus on opening doors, growing the pipeline and turning customer needs into sustained business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, sales or account management across resources, infrastructure, utilities or related sectors.
• Strong Queensland market knowledge and the ability to establish trusted industry relationships.
• The commercial confidence and initiative to create opportunities, build a pipeline and secure new business.

Responsibilities

• Lead Queensland expansion – creating opportunities, winning first orders and building lasting industry relationships across resources, infrastructure, and utilities.
• Open doors, build relationships and win business across resources, infrastructure, and utilities; turn customer needs into opportunities.
• Build a strong pipeline of work and manage end-to-end business development efforts.

We're looking for an experienced business development manager to lead our Queensland expansion - creating opportunities, winning our first orders and building lasting industry relationships.

Start from home, with a shared Brisbane CBD workspace available if needed. After our first orders, we plan to establish a Brisbane-region office and yard - targeting around six months - and grow our Queensland team, fleet and operations over the following 18-24 months.
