Qualifications

• Experience working respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, communities or organisations.
• Experience in business lending, lending policy or risk management.
• Experience related to Business Management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work independently and interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Build and manage networks of stakeholders, partnerships and external resources to identify and build a pipeline of potential customers.
• Work closely with customers to assess their business readiness and establish a development pathway into business.
• Provide guidance and linkages to resources that support customers' development of personal characteristics, capabilities, industry knowledge and understanding of business principles.
