Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Australia is seeking a Business Development professional to drive growth in the eMobility Energy Solutions portfolio, concentrating on digital charging and energy management integration for medium and large-scale sites such as logistics hubs, ports, airports, and fleet operators.

You will shape projects from inception through early engagement, develop regional partnerships, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to deliver integrated, scalable solutions

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or other relevant subjects.
• Minimum of 8 years in Sales, BD, Marketing, Strategy, or Operations.
• Experience developing partnerships and integrated solutions across regional markets.
• Experience engaging with management, technical, and operative levels.
• Experience in multicultural environments and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation and growth across eMobility Energy Solutions portfolio.
• Focus on medium and large-scale sites such as logistics hubs, ports, airports, and fleet operators.
• Strengthen early engagement to shape projects from inception.
• Partner with customers to develop integrated, scalable solutions.
• Develop regional partnerships aligned with global strategy.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering, Front-End Sales, Marketing and Sales to pursue opportunities.
• Ensure safety, integrity, and compliance with regulations.
