Origin Energy is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Lead – Strategic & Enterprise Growth to help Australia’s largest organisations transition to electric mobility. You will engage senior decision-makers, design tailored fleet, charging and employee mobility solutions, and lead complex multi-stakeholder sales engagements.

The role offers hybrid work arrangements and opportunities to influence decarbonisation, operational efficiency and cost objectives across a growing eMobility

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in strategic account management or enterprise sales.
• Experience managing long sales cycles with senior leaders and executives.
• Strong ability to develop compelling business cases and ROI narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow strategic relationships across enterprise and large commercial customers for Origin's eMobility solutions.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements from prospecting to contract execution.
• Design tailored, multi-product solutions across fleet electrification, charging infrastructure, and employee benefits.
• Build business cases and act as trusted advisor through customer electrification journeys.
• Maintain a robust enterprise opportunities pipeline and contribute to growth targets.
• Collaborate with eMobility, Origin Zero and broader teams to deliver outcomes.
