Job summary

HKA in Sydney is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth across Australia and the Asia Pacific region. You will build strategic client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services, contributing to revenue growth.

You will lead proposals, negotiate terms, and collaborate with technical experts and leadership to promote HKA's capabilities, while supporting campaigns and events to strengthen the pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in business development or sales.
• Proven track record of generating new business and managing complex client relationships.
• Experience in professional services or related industries is preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate terms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate across Australia and Asia Pacific markets.

Responsibilities

• Developing and strengthening relationships with existing clients across Australia and APAC.
• Identify opportunities and drive revenue growth through targeted BD activities.
• Lead proposals, negotiations and conversion of opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical experts and leadership to promote HKA's services.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and networking to build pipeline.
• Maintain CRM data and provide regular pipeline reporting.
