Job summary

HKA in Perth is expanding its Advisory practice and is seeking an Associate Director to lead the next growth phase across Mining & Resources, Energy, Utilities and Government. You will shape offerings and deliver value on major, complex projects with strategic and operational impact.

You will build trusted client relationships, identify business development opportunities, and mentor teams in a dynamic, global consultancy environment, contributing to Australia-wide growth and success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in infrastructure advisory or management consulting.
• Experience working on large-scale, complex projects in energy, mining or renewables.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate issues into actions.

Responsibilities

• Leading and delivering complex advisory engagements across sectors.
• Providing strategic and risk-based advice on project delivery, governance, cost, schedule and performance.
• Supporting clients and industry stakeholders in navigating project complexity.
• Building trusted relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Identifying business development opportunities to grow HKA service offerings.
• Contributing to the growth of HKA’s Advisory offering in Australia.
