Job summary

HKA is expanding its Advisory practice in Perth and seeks an Associate Director to shape and deliver offerings across Mining & Resources, Energy, Utilities and Government. You will lead complex engagements, provide strategic guidance on delivery and governance, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

You will identify business development opportunities, contribute to Australia-wide growth, and mentor teams to enhance capabilities and performance. Flexible remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Proven project experience in advisory principles.
• Experience on large-scale, complex projects in energy, mining and renewables.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate technical issues into strategic actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex advisory engagements across sectors.
• Provide strategic and risk-based advice on project delivery, governance, cost, schedule and performance.
• Support clients and stakeholders in navigating project complexity.
• Build trusted relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Identify business development opportunities to grow HKA services.
• Contribute to growth of HKA’s Advisory offering in Australia.
