Job summary

Crown Resorts Limited is recruiting a Senior Business Analyst – Workforce Planning to join Crown’s newly created Centre of Excellence in Melbourne. The role will shape the future-state processes for workforce planning, scheduling, day of operations and payroll/T&A, ensuring they are scalable, standardised, compliant and future-ready.

You will lead end-to-end analysis, map current and future states, run structured workshops, translate requirements into user stories, and maintain governance

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, process mapping and process optimization in complex environments.
• Knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, payroll/T&A systems is a must.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate analysis into actionable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across end-to-end transformation initiatives, including current state assessment and future state design.
• Drive process improvement and simplification across workforce planning, scheduling, day of operations and payroll/T&A processes.
• Translate complex business problems into clear options and recommendations with a focus on standardisation and compliance.
• Partner with key stakeholders to balance operational requirements and business outcomes.
• Facilitate structured workshops to validate assumptions and refine requirements; translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
