You will capture business needs, write clear requirements, and collaborate with product owners, delivery partners and SMEs to define scope from discovery through design.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of Salesforce BA experience, strong communication, and proven ability to lead workshops and document user stories for agile teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce programs.
• Strong core BA capability: elicitation, user stories, process mapping and documentation.
• Proven experience in agile delivery environments.
• Experience on new platform implementations, ideally through discovery and design phases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead requirements discovery and elicitation through discovery, scope and design phases of a new Salesforce implementation.
• Articulate business needs with functional consultants to translate into Salesforce requirements.
• Write high-quality user stories, epics and acceptance criteria for agile teams.
• Map current and future-state processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, clinical SMEs, architects and delivery partners.
• Maintain requirements traceability and backlog in Jira and Confluence with the Product Owner.
• Support scope definition, solution design and testing, including UAT.

About the Role

Our client is seeking two experienced Senior Business Analysts to join a major Salesforce program in the healthcare sector. They are building a new, globally unique product on Salesforce, alongside a new Salesforce implementation for an existing business. The program is in discovery now, with scope and design starting in November. This is a great time to join and shape requirements from the start. You’ll work alongside functional consultants, product owners, and a delivery partner squad. You’ll turn business needs into clear, well-structured requirements and look for opportunities to improve processes along the way. One role starts urgently and includes a handover from the current BA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery and elicitation through the discovery, scope and design phases of a new Salesforce implementation
• Articulate business needs clearly, working with functional consultants to translate them into Salesforce solution requirements
• Write high-quality user stories, epics and acceptance criteria for agile delivery teams
• Map current and future-state business processes, and identify opportunities to optimise them before and during the new install
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, clinical SMEs, architects and delivery partners
• Maintain requirements traceability and manage the backlog in Jira and Confluence alongside the Product Owner
• Support scope definition, solution design and testing, including UAT

Essential Skills & Experience

• 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce programs. You’ll need hands‑on requirements experience, but not functional configuration
• Strong core BA capability: requirements elicitation, user stories, process mapping and documentation
• Proven experience in agile delivery environments
• Experience on new platform implementations, ideally through discovery and design phases
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work equally well with business users and technical teams
• Confidence to hit the ground running and take over work in progress quickly

Desirable Experience

• Experience in the healthcare industry (very highly regarded)
• Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud
• Broader SaaS implementation experience
• Experience moving off legacy CRM platforms (e.g. Siebel)
• Salesforce certification (e.g. Salesforce Certified Business Analyst)
