Attribute Group is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead delivery of a new Salesforce-based healthcare product suite. You will bridge the project with the platform build, prioritise the backlog, and align customer needs with the roadmap.

You will manage a delivery partner squad of architects, developers, QA, BAs and clinical SMEs, and help stand up a second squad as the program grows. This is a senior, high-visibility role in Sydney, Australia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner on Salesforce implementations.
• Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce platform and how its capabilities support business and customer outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in backlog management and delivery prioritisation in agile environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align product, delivery, and business teams.
• Experience working with delivery partners and multi-disciplinary squads.
• Strong command of Jira and Confluence.

Responsabilités

• Own and prioritise the product backlog, balancing customer needs, platform roadmap and delivery capacity.
• Act as the conduit between the project and the platform build, staying across the roadmap and making sure new initiatives feed into build and delivery.
• Take part in discovery and work closely with Solution Architects to shape requirements and solution direction.
• Lead a delivery partner squad (architects, developers, QA and BAs) alongside internal SMEs, clinical and BA resources.
• Work with the Delivery Manager on delivery planning, sequencing and release priorities.
• Turn customer requirements into clear epics, features and user stories, and maintain requirements traceability in Jira and Confluence.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across product management, health systems leadership and the delivery partner.
• Help stand up and onboard an additional squad, and support change management as new capability is adopted.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead delivery of a new suite of healthcare products built on Salesforce. It’s a globally unique offering being taken to market for the first time. The business will be the first to adopt the platform before launch. You’ll be the link between the project and the platform build, owning delivery priorities and the backlog. You’ll also keep customer needs aligned with the product roadmap. This is a senior, highly visible role. You’ll lead a delivery partner squad that includes architects, developers, QA, BAs and clinical SMEs, and help stand up a second squad as the program grows.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Skills & Experience

Desirable Experience

• Healthcare industry experience (highly regarded)
• Salesforce certification (e.g. Platform App Builder, Administrator or Product Owner-related credentials)
• Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud
• Experience bringing a new product to market or supporting a pre-launch adoption
