• 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Familiarity with API integrations, data mappings, and documentation.
• Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and diagramming tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements.

• Assist in designing solutions that align with business objectives, especially within health insurance operations such as claims, enrollment, and provider management.
