Job summary

Leaders IT in Melbourne is seeking a Business Analyst to drive requirements documentation and process improvements in a largely remote environment.

You will lead workshops, coordinate deliverables, and ensure quality while identifying inefficiencies and advising on procurement processes. Salesforce experience and strong stakeholder management are valued; graduate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst within a Technology Environment.
• Demonstrated capability in requirement gathering, analysis, documentation of process flows, business process, analysis and consulting.
• Must be fully familiar with the SDLC.
• Experience in procurement and demonstrated ability to improve procurement processes.
• Experience writing responses to public procurement contracts.
• Experience working as a vendor to provide solutions, ideally to semi-state or public bodies.
• Testing experience and proven ability to perform testing of software solutions.
• Experience in Salesforce CRM Platform highly regarded.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
