Job summary

SustainRecruit is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to help deliver strategic business and technology initiatives within the financial services sector. You will partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, improve processes and shape solutions that drive business value.

Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, analyzing processes, and supporting AML, onboarding and regulatory initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in financial services.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and BA capability.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria and business documentation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Exposure to Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse initiatives.
