Woolworths Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Sydney to lead AI-driven optimization, collaborate with product managers and developers, and drive strategic initiatives within the W Digital ecosystem.

You will document requirements, support change management, and ensure accurate stakeholder communication while aligning with business objectives and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a digital/tech environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and deliver complex projects and mentor junior analysts.

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for understanding business needs, analysing complex problems, and developing innovative solutions that deliver value to our customers and the business.What you’ll doAI-Driven Process Optimisation: Identify and document detailed requirements for AI-driven improvements to operational workflows in campaign delivery. This includes understanding current processes and potential AI applications like agentic AI, workflow assistants, and automation.Collaborative Design & Delivery: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for scalable solutions. Support the team by ensuring clear communication and understanding of business needs.Change Leadership: Support change management efforts by providing clear documentation and training materials for new tools and processes. Assist with stakeholder engagement and communication.Connected Ecosystem Thinking: Document and analyze the integration points of AI solutions with the existing martech stack, including Salesforce, Contentful, and MRM tools. Ensure requirements reflect seamless integration and avoid duplication.Operational Readiness: Assist in defining and documenting user-centric processes and ensuring compliance requirements are met. Help create documentation that supports business continuity and minimizes risk of error.Measurement & Feedback: Gather and analyze data and feedback to identify root causes of issues and opportunities for improvement.
