Job summary

Leaders IT in Sydney is seeking a Business and Systems Analyst to partner with stakeholders, map processes, and translate requirements into functional specs and data flows. You will drive system enhancements and support AI-enabled solutions across cloud and enterprise platforms.

The role involves collaboration with technical teams and vendors, evaluating technology options, and ensuring governance and integration across enterprise systems to improve business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Consult with business stakeholders to identify, analyse and document business requirements, operational processes and system needs.
• Develop functional specifications, process models, use cases, data flows and business requirements documentation.
• Analyze integration requirements across enterprise systems and third‑party applications.
• Support enterprise architecture and ensure solutions align with organisational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors and business units to deliver system enhancements and new capabilities.
• Evaluate technology options and recommend solutions aligned to organisational objectives.
• Support AI-enabled applications including Generative AI and enterprise search capabilities.
• Monitor solution effectiveness and drive improvements in user experience.
