Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years experience in bulk construction materials fleet allocation/scheduling.
• Chain of Responsibility Attainment.
• Excellent communication and client-building skills.
• Attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
• Proven problem-solving ability under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Managing the day-to-day running of trucks and drivers; lead and mentor a team of transportation professionals.
• Servicing clients; develop and maintain relationships with top-end clients.
• Rostering all drivers; optimise resource allocation to meet customer demand and control costs.
• Compliance (CoR); enforce safety protocols, regulations and fatigue management; oversee incidents and liaise with authorities.
• Allocating; ensure efficient route planning and timely deliveries and collections for customers.
• Completion of Adhoc activities and coordination with operations to ensure seamless workflow and projects.
• Be available on call to respond to operational needs or after-hours issues.
