Job summary

Enemix is partnering with a top-tier EPC firm to recruit a Senior Engineer for Building Services in Adelaide. You will lead and shape building services design across fire, security, HVAC, and electrical systems, signing off outputs as the compliance authority.

You will collaborate with designers, trades, and technical teams, ensuring safe, high-quality solutions across Defence, mining, data centres, and substations. The role is based on-site in Adelaide at office and manufacturing facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Experience in building services engineering is essential.
• Strong knowledge of NCC and regulatory standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct building services projects with engineering vision.
• Design and oversee implementations for fire, security, HVAC, and lighting/power.
• Act as compliance authority, ensuring NCC adherence and sign-off.
• Mentor designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Interface with clients in Defence, mining, data centres and substations.
• Work on-site at Lonsdale to ensure delivery quality and timelines.
