AECOM is seeking an experienced Principal Electrical Engineer to provide technical leadership and deliver innovative electrical building services across Defence and infrastructure projects in Australia. You will lead design, mentor engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from concept to commissioning.

Based in Adelaide or other Australian offices, you’ll manage budgets, engage with Defence clients, ensure compliance with Australian standards and industry best practices, and help

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience delivering electrical building services in Defence or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to mentor engineers and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and delivery of electrical building services across Defence and infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical leadership for LV distribution, lighting, standby power, ICT, security, and earthing systems.
• Manage deliverables, resources, budgets, and programme requirements to achieve project outcomes.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with mechanical, civil and other specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
