The candidate should hold a Building Surveying degree (UK) or related discipline, with 3+ years in building consultancy, strong reporting, and MRICS accreditation or progress toward it.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in building consultancy, surveying or property advisory.
• Degree in Building Surveying (UK) or related discipline.
• MRICS or similar accreditation highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Building Condition Assessments.
• Prepare Make Good (Dilapidations) reports.
• Provide property advisory services.
