The role focuses on delivering Technical Due Diligence, Building Condition Assessments, Make Good reports and property advisory services for owners, investors and occupiers.

The candidate should hold a Building Surveying degree (UK) or related discipline, with 3+ years in building consultancy, strong reporting, and MRICS accreditation or progress toward it.

• Degree in Building Surveying (UK) or related discipline.
• MRICS or similar accreditation highly regarded.

Working across a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, industrial and alternative assets, you will deliver Technical Due Diligence, Building Condition Assessments, Make Good (Dilapidations) and property advisory services for leading property owners, investors, insurers and occupiers.

Key responsibilities

Prepare Make Good (Dilapidations) reports

Provide property advisory services

About you

Degree in Building Surveying(UK), Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline

3+ years' experience in building consultancy, surveying or property advisory

Strong inspection, investigation and problem-solving skills

Ability to prepare clear, concise and technically robust reports

Confident engaging with clients and industry professionals

MRICS or similar professional accreditation (or working towards) highly regarded
