You’ll guide strategy, create opportunities, and collaborate with teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that resonate with audiences and customers alike.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing client portfolios in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of creative campaign development and delivery, including sport/entertainment/experiential work.
• Entrepreneurial flair with a mindset of spotting opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow key client relationships across sport, entertainment and culture.
• Develop strategic growth plans to exceed revenue targets and broaden services.
• Prepare client forecasts and ensure delivery aligns with timing, quality and budget.
• Coach and uplift junior team members while championing client needs.
