Komatsu Australia is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Campbellfield operation. The role demands strong leadership to guide a team and drive performance across safety, service, parts and PDI while maintaining customer relationships and delivering profitable growth.

You will own the branch’s day‑to‑day operations, establish accountability, and develop leaders. Experience in earthmoving/mining/construction equipment is preferred, with a focus on delivering results in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a senior role.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Experience with SAP and Dynamics AX is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch leadership team to deliver results through people.
• Establish clear expectations and operating rhythms across the branch.
• Own branch financials including revenue, margin and OPEX.
• Use KPIs and data to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Drive workforce planning, productivity and capacity to meet demand.
• Govern Service, Parts and New Equipment/PDI operations.
