Job summary

Komatsu Australia seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Campbellfield operation. You will oversee a leadership team and ~50 indirect reports, driving safety, service, parts, PDI, and overall branch performance.

You will establish expectations, operating rhythms and strong customer relationships while delivering profitable growth and accountability across Service, Parts and New Equipment/PDI.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a complex operation.
• Strong commercial capability with ability to analyse financial and operational performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the branch leadership team to deliver results through their people.
• Establish clear expectations and operating rhythms across the branch.
• Own the branch financial results including revenue, margin and forecast accuracy.
• Use KPIs and data to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Drive workforce planning, technician productivity and capacity to meet demand.
• Ensure governance across safety, quality and company processes.
