Job summary

Capgemini AU is seeking a Bid Manager to own end-to-end bid lifecycle, coordinating governance, budget, and stakeholder engagement across global lines. You will drive bid quality and ensure alignment with client objectives in a dynamic APAC environment.

You will lead pursuit planning, storyboarding, and collaboration with sales, solution, and delivery teams to maximize win opportunities while maintaining high standards of proposal quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pursuit management of large, complex deals.
• Experience with coordinating cross-functional teams and sales governance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and timelines across bids.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct bids, ensuring quality and compliance with client requirements.
