Job summary

AECOM in Australia is seeking a Bid & Proposal Lead to coordinate resources across the bid lifecycle, from ROI to tender submissions, across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth. You will translate complex technical offerings into compelling value propositions for clients.

You will manage multiple bids under tight deadlines, ensuring high editorial quality, brand alignment, and collaboration with senior stakeholders and SMEs, leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in proposal or bid management roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines with strong planning.
• Flexible, resilient and able to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all bid resources across ROI, tendering, interviews and debriefs for high-quality submissions.
• Translate complex offerings into clear value propositions and persuasive content for tenders and capabilities.
• Manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight timeframes with effective time management.
• Ensure submissions reflect editorial quality, client focus and alignment with brand standards.
• Collaborate across diverse teams and leverage AI tools to improve pursuit capabilities.
