Qualifications

• 3+ years in bid, proposal or tender management.
• APMP certification at Foundation/Practitioner/Professional level.
• Familiar with Shipley bid frameworks.
• PM skills with PMP/PRINCE2 a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel and proposal tools.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate binding and non-binding opportunities and bid plans.
• Manage contributors, reviews and ensure compliance.
• Maintain regular engagement with sales and regional meetings.
• Apply bid-management best practices to improve quality.
• Leverage AI to accelerate first drafts and maintain win themes.
