Job summary

Capgemini AU is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to own the end-to-end bid lifecycle for RFXs and proactive pursuits. You will coordinate bid processes, governance, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement across Capgemini entities in AU and APAC, including leadership, sales, solution, finance and commercial teams.

You will lead bid planning, ensure quality and consistency of client deliverables, and drive win themes through diligence, orchestration of bids and oral presentations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Pursuit Management handling large and complex deals end to end.
• Experience in inside sales in large organizations.
• Demonstrable anchoring of large and complex pursuits as a Bid Manager.
• Business development experience within a complex solution environment requiring interaction with senior management / executive board.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct bids and be responsible for the quality and consistency of all client deliverables.
• Identify areas of development and improve the Bid Management service provided to the Sales and Client management community.
• Analyse bids or proposals at all stages ensuring that overall response meets or exceeds clients' objectives.
• Develop pursuit storyboards, deliverable management, orals, budget management, and coordination with Creative Services.
• Participates in due diligence and customer visits.
• Provide best-in-class pursuit management support to the sales community.
• Play a key role in winning pursuit.
• Identify value drivers fitting with client and opportunity, develop messaging and positioning.
• Participate in shaping deals, orchestrating winning sales plans and managing customer visits.
• Ensure quality of the proposition both written and presented (at orals).
• Participate in end-to-end bid management of large and complex deals and maintain bid strategy through the lifecycle.
