CoAct is seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to shape the organisation's reporting and analytics landscape. You will design, develop and improve reporting solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, technical teams and project leads to enable informed decisions across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise reporting, analytics or data warehousing solutions with Power BI, Azure and Fabric.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement to gather, document and prioritise reporting, analytics and BI requirements.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports for management and data consumers.
• Provide technical leadership during the transition from MODE reporting to Power BI and Fabric-based environments.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting controls across platforms.
• Mentor and share knowledge on best practices within the data and reporting team.
