Job summary

CoAct is seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to shape the organisation's reporting landscape from a remote-friendly, hybrid setup in Australia. You will lead BI initiatives, design dashboards, ensure data quality, and mentor teams across Power BI, Azure, and Fabric.

Strong stakeholder engagement and SQL expertise are essential. You’ll partner with business leads to translate requirements into scalable solutions, drive governance, and support reporting transformations while helping

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise reporting, analytics or data warehousing solutions using Power BI, Azure and/or Fabric.
• Strong SQL skills with large and complex datasets.
• Experience leading reporting transformations and self-service reporting initiatives.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, and reporting controls.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement to gather reporting requirements and KPIs.
• Facilitate workshops to define business rules and reporting outcomes.
• Translate needs into specifications, user stories and reports.
• Provide leadership across Power BI and Fabric-based environments.
• Analyse existing solutions and recommend consolidation or migration.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards and self-service reports.
• Support NLP-driven reporting using governed data.
