Job summary

CoAct is seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to shape reporting and analytics across the organisation. You will lead BI design, governance, and data quality initiatives while partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical reporting solutions.

You will drive end-to-end reporting transformations, including dashboards, self-service analytics and cross-team collaboration in a remote-friendly hybrid role across Australia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data modelling and data visualisation.

Responsibilities

• Analyse large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns and insights.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Develop and implement data quality and data governance processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
