The CoAct seeks a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to lead advanced reporting across the organisation, combining data insights with practical business outcomes in a flexible, remote-friendly setting.

You will drive design, development and governance of Power BI, Azure and Fabric reporting solutions, mentor teams, and promote high-quality data, dashboards and self-service reporting for informed decision-making across the business.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree in data analytics, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience delivering enterprise reporting, analytics or data warehousing solutions using Power BI, Azure and/or Fabric.
Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.

Responsibilities

Lead stakeholder engagement to gather and prioritise reporting requirements.
Facilitate workshops to define metrics, rules and reporting outcomes.
Translate business needs into functional specs and reporting solutions.
Provide technical leadership across Power BI, Azure, Fabric reporting environments.
Analyse existing reporting to identify consolidation or migration opportunities.
Design, develop and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting.
Support natural language query reporting using governed data.
Maintain reporting governance and data quality standards.
Lead report validation and user acceptance testing.
Mentor others and share reporting best practices.
