Job summary

CoAct is seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to shape enterprise reporting and BI strategy from a remote-friendly setup in Australia. You will design, develop and optimize reporting solutions across Power BI, Fabric and Azure, driving governance, quality and stakeholder alignment.

You’ll lead data storytelling for executives, mentor teams, and enable self-service analytics while delivering end-to-end reporting transformations across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Senior Data/Reporting Analyst with BI experience
• Experience delivering enterprise reporting/analytics solutions
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills
• Experience with Power BI, Azure and Fabric
• Knowledge of data quality and governance practices
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• Dashboard and reporting solution design and development

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement to gather requirements
• Define business rules, metrics and reporting outcomes
• Translate needs into functional specs and stories
• Provide technical leadership on Power BI and Fabric transitions
• Analyse and consolidate existing reporting solutions
• Design, build and maintain dashboards and reports
• Support natural language query reporting initiatives
• Use SQL to validate and reconcile data
• Maintain governance and documentation
