Job summary

CoAct seeks a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to drive analytics, reporting and BI initiatives across the organisation. You will collaborate with stakeholders, design dashboards, and lead governance and data quality practices in a remote-friendly, hybrid environment.

You will mentor colleagues, translate business needs into technical specifications, and help evolve reporting capabilities using Power BI, Azure and Fabric.

Qualifications

• Senior data/BI experience with analytics and reporting deliverables.
• Experience delivering enterprise reporting and data warehousing solutions.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to handle large datasets.
• Knowledge of governance, data quality and reporting controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
• Design, develop and improve reporting solutions across BI platforms.
• Translate business needs into specifications and user stories.
• Provide technical leadership during platform migrations (Power BI / Fabric).
• Maintain reporting governance, data quality standards and documentation.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge across data environments.
