endota spa in Traralgon is seeking a Diploma-qualified Senior Beauty Therapist to join our team and step into the role of Assistant Spa Manager. You will spend most of your time in the treatment room while helping run a smooth spa and leading the team in the Spa Manager’s absence.

You will mentor therapists, assist with onboarding and training, manage rostering and bookings, and drive guest satisfaction, retention and retail performance in a brand focused on touch, nature and care.

Competenze

• Diploma of Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification)
• Significant experience as a beauty therapist in premium spa/wellness environment
• Mentoring/leading a team or willingness to step into leadership
• Advanced treatment skills (facials, massage, body treatments)
• Passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial mindset with ability to meet sales targets
• Excellent organisation and time management
• Proficiency with booking systems and general computer skills
• Positive, calm and solutions-focused approach

We're looking for an experienced, Diploma qualified Senior Beauty Therapist to join our team and step into the role of Assistant Spa Manager.
