Job summary

Talented Group is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for NSW to own a key territory, build trusted referral partnerships and represent a leading property purchasing product and brand in market.

You will manage relationships across mortgage brokers, aggregators, lenders and other referral partners, driving product awareness and adoption in a true field-based role with limited office time.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a senior BDM, relationship management or channel sales role.
• Strong third-party or intermediated sales experience in financial services.
• Experience working with mortgage brokers, aggregators, lenders and other referral partners.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and grow relationships with mortgage brokers, aggregators, legal practitioners, conveyancers and other referral partners.
• Deliver product training, presentations and education sessions to brokers and partners.
• Represent the business at industry events, broker days and forums.
• Track activity and pipeline using CRM with regular reporting.
