Job summary
La Trobe Financial is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager within the Real Estate Credit distribution team in Sydney. You will manage broker relationships and support the Senior Manager Client Partnerships to grow one of the broadest mortgage product suites available today, from inquiry to settlement.
The role focuses on exceptional customer service, relationship building with brokers, and driving sales with the ambition to progress to a BDM level in the future within a deskbound
Qualifications
- Experience in a financial services environment is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and grow broker relationships.
- Handle inbound calls and emails from brokers.
- Assist with BDM relief during events or leave.
- Process home loan applications from origination to settlement.
- Attend monthly Professional Development Days.
