You will work with accredited aggregators and brokers to hit sales targets, promote our broad product suite, and uphold our high client service standards. A proactive, relationship‑driven salesperson with 3–5 years' experience will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in a similar sales role.
• Experience networking and building broker/aggregator relationships.
• Strong presenting skills, face-to-face or via Zoom.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain a third-party mortgage broker network for residential and commercial loans.
• Manage brokers and aggregator groups to meet targets and expand relationships.
• Promote La Trobe Financial's product suite to brokers and clients.
• Represent the company professionally at events and PD days.
• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure timely resolution of any broker complaints and service issues.
• Plan calendars and manage workloads to achieve sales growth.
