• Strong commercial construction delivery background.
• Experience in new build and major refurbishment.
• Strong programming, procurement and commercial capability.
• Proven leadership of project and site teams.
• Strong client and stakeholder management.
• Sound commercial judgement and problem-solving ability.
• Maturity and ambition to take on greater responsibility.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects.
• Leadership of Site Managers, Contract Administrators and project teams.
• Programming, procurement and construction methodology.
• Commercial management, forecasting and cost control.
• Client, consultant and subcontractor management.
• Driving programme, safety, quality and financial performance.
• Developing and mentoring members of the project team.
• Contributing to broader project and operational outcomes.
