Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst delivering enterprise technology projects.
• Strong retail technology experience, ideally across POS, checkout or store systems.
• Understanding of retail processes including payments, promotions, loyalty and inventory.
• Strong requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation and process mapping skills.
• Experience producing user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting SIT/UAT and working closely with engineering and QA teams.
• Agile delivery experience and familiarity with Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
