Qualifications

- Proven ability to design, implement and optimise Amazon Connect solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for the Amazon Connect platform.
- Drive design, delivery, and alignment with business requirements.
- Own platform quality, engineering standards and risk management.
- Collaborate with AWS, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Lead automation and continuous improvement of the platform.
- Coach engineers and develop long‑term Connect capability.
- Support architectural and technical decisions across the platform.
