Job summary

Persol Executive is supporting a leading Australian organisation specialising in complex Real Estate and Infrastructure debt. The role offers exposure to high-value funding and front-office leadership in a dynamic deal flow environment.

You will support senior financiers from deal structuring through to financial close, engaging with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure rigorous due diligence, accurate credit analysis, and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate/Institutional Banking or Real Estate Asset Management.
• Experience conducting complex debt due diligence and writing credit papers with financial models.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.
• Prior exposure to Project Finance or related principles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with initial deal structuring and negotiations, visiting clients where required.
• Undertake detailed due diligence and financial analysis using financial models.
• Prepare credit papers and support stakeholders through to deal close.
• Maintain deal integrity and data quality, ensuring risks, conditions, and reporting obligations are managed.
