Qualifikationen

• Experience preparing credit submissions and information memorandums.
• Understanding of property finance structures, credit risk and due diligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with borrowers, lenders and stakeholders.
• Commercial, detail‑oriented and proactive; able to manage multiple transactions.

The Opportunity

An established and highly regarded property finance advisory firm is seeking an experienced Manager or Associate Director to join its growing team.

Operating across investment and development finance, the business advises sophisticated property investors and developers on complex debt and equity transactions across a diverse range of real estate asset classes.

Working closely with the firm's senior leadership, this is an opportunity to take a hands-on role across the full transaction lifecycle, with direct exposure to borrowers, capital partners and key industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute property finance transactions ranging from $10m to $100m+, across multiple real estate asset classes.
• Oversee transactions from initial assessment and financial modelling through to due diligence, structuring, credit approval and settlement.
• Prepare detailed financial models, investment memorandums, credit submissions and supporting transaction documentation.
• Assess underlying property fundamentals, borrower financials, transaction risks and funding structures.
• Coordinate external advisers including valuers, quantity surveyors, legal counsel and other transaction stakeholders.
• Liaise directly with borrowers and capital partners, maintaining strong relationships throughout the funding process.
• Manage conditions precedent, legal documentation and settlement processes, alongside ongoing post-settlement loan requirements.
• Work closely with senior leadership on transaction execution, client relationships and broader business opportunities.

About You

• 10–15 years' experience in property finance, private credit, real estate debt or structured finance, gained within a bank, non-bank lender or specialist finance advisory/broking environment.
• Demonstrated experience executing property-backed debt transactions, ideally ranging from $10m to $100m+.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities, with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience preparing credit submissions, information memorandums and detailed financial assessments.
• Sound understanding of property finance structures, credit risk, due diligence and transaction execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage directly with borrowers, lenders and senior stakeholders.
• A commercially minded, detail-oriented and proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and competing priorities.
