Qualificações

• Experience in Corporate/Institutional Banking or Real Estate Asset Management.
• Experience conducting complex debt due diligence and writing credit papers using financial models.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive and inquisitive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with initial deal structuring and negotiations, visiting clients where required.
• Undertake detailed due diligence and financial analysis using financial models.
• Prepare credit papers and support all stakeholders through to deal close.
• Maintain deal integrity and data quality, ensuring risks, conditions, and reporting obligations are managed effectively.
