Job summary

Rabobank in Sydney is seeking a Senior Associate in Project Finance for Australia & New Zealand. You will support origination, structuring, execution and monitoring of renewable energy project finance transactions across solar, wind, battery storage and transmission.

You will work with local Energy Transition teams and Rabobank’s global platform, contributing to credit analysis, due diligence and portfolio insights, while building sector expertise in renewable energy infrastructure finance.

Qualifications

Experience in wholesale or institutional banking, project finance, advisory or structured finance in the energy sector.
Strong analytical skills with financial modelling, credit assessment and transaction execution experience.
Willingness to develop deep sector expertise in renewable energy infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Support origination, structuring, execution and monitoring of renewable energy project finance transactions.
Contribute to credit submissions, financial analysis, due diligence and transaction documentation.
Help manage and monitor a portfolio of renewable energy assets, including performance reporting, annual reviews, amendments and waivers.
Build knowledge of the Australian electricity market, developers, investors, advisors, regulators and market dynamics.
Collaborate with local Energy Transition bankers and Rabobank’s global Project Finance network.
