Rabobank Australia is seeking an Executive Director, Corporate Banking to lead high‑value client relationships, originate new business and coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams across Australia and New Zealand. Qualifications

• Experience in corporate and institutional banking at senior level.
• Proven ability to originate and manage large client deals.
• Strong credit judgement and risk management for complex financings.
• Experience engaging with C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Lead client strategy, deal origination and transaction execution.
• Coordinate credit, legal and approval processes from origination to completion.
• Lead multidisciplinary deal teams and deliver integrated client solutions.
