Job summary

Transport for NSW in Sydney seeks a Senior Manager Asset Strategy - Corridor & Civil to lead asset strategies across bus, ferry, light rail and maritime assets. Based in the CBD with hybrid work, you will shape lifecycle strategies and provide technical expertise to ensure governance, planning and assurance align with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Senior asset management practitioner with leadership experience.
• Experience implementing lifecycle strategies across multiple disciplines.
• Knowledge of ISO 55000 standards and their application.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of asset strategies for the Corridor and Civil discipline.
• Provide outcome-based technical expertise on asset management and governance.
• Ensure decision-making aligns with asset strategies and lifecycle cost optimisation.
• Uplift asset management maturity by driving change through people, processes and systems.
• Influence leaders and stakeholders to realise outcomes through the asset lifecycle.
