Job summary

Penrith City Council is seeking a Strategic Asset Management Co-ordinator for Civil Assets. You will lead planning for roads, bridges, drainage and related assets, coordinating strategies and programs to ensure sustainable service delivery and financial resilience.

You will manage a team of asset management professionals, driving data-driven planning and best-practice asset management across the organisation. Hybrid work arrangements are available where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Asset management, Business, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplinary teams with high performance standards.
• Experience in strategic asset management, asset policies and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic management of roads, bridges, footpaths and drainage assets.
• Coordinate asset management strategies, plans and programs for sustainable service delivery.
• Provide expert advice to Council, management and senior leaders.
