Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Senior Manager Asset Strategy to lead the discipline-specific asset strategy function for the Coordinator General Division. The role focuses on corridor, civil and maritime asset strategies across bus, ferry, light rail and coastal infrastructure.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts and leaders to uplift asset management maturity and align with government objectives, delivering value through lifecycle planning and enterprise-wide governance.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping asset strategies across multiple disciplines (engineering, commercial, operations, maintenance).
• Deep understanding of asset management standards and their application in operations.
• Ability to influence decision-making in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of asset strategies for Corridor and Civil portfolio.
• Provide expert technical guidance on asset management, governance and planning.
• Align asset investments with lifecycle cost, risk, and performance targets.
