Job summary

Australian Turf Club is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Officer to lead debtor management, ensure accurate invoicing, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. You will drive reporting, process improvements, and timely payments to support the business.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently to meet strict deadlines. A hybrid work arrangement and Sydney-based sites are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a Senior Accounts Receivable role.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate invoicing.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Solid knowledge of GST and debt recovery practices.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the accounts receivable ledger and collect outstanding debts.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and customers for timely invoicing.
• Prepare debtor reports including aged debt analysis.
• Process invoices, credit notes, adjustments, refunds, and reconciliations.
• Complete month-end AR activities and ledger rollovers.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and compliance.
• Support the Finance team with year-end activities and cross-functional collaboration.
